The Finance Assistant will be a crucial part of the small finance team which will offer exposure to working directly with the Financial Controller, if you have a 'get up and go' and relevant skills - please apply!
Work load includes: ·Sales Ledger - ensuring all sales invoices are recorded onto the accounting system ·Credit Control - ensuring payments are made on time and chasing overdue payments ·Purchase ledger - processing invoices ensuring all are authorised and coded correctly ·Expense processing ·Bank reconciliation ·Assisting the finance manager with financial analysis and reporting
