Our client; a well respected organisation in the heart of Horsham are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their small finance function to support with a transactional workload.
As a Finance Assistant you will be responsible for a varied workload to include: ·Reconcile supplier statements to accounts and manage outstanding balances ·Administer payment of Accounts Payable and Grants by cheque, direct debits or BACS ·Import batches and other receivables onto the system ·Assist with adhoc financial reporting ·Processing staff expenses, Grant invoices and purchase invoices ·Supporting with administration i.e - filing, scanning etc.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to an Accounts Payable role with the willingness to support with adhoc tasks within finance to gain exposure.
