The role of Finance Manager - Operations &Change is an excellent opportunity for an audit trained qualified accountant with strong communication skills, excellent people skills and the enthusiasm to drive change and efficiency into the role.
You will lead and manage all financial operations which includes Purchase to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Payroll and Overheads and drive change within each area to make processes more efficient
This role has high visibility to senior stakeholders and will require exceptional relationship management skills
The Ideal candidate would be qualified (within audit) with excellent change management skills, exposure to outsourcing would also be highly advantageous.
