Alexander Lloyd are supporting a leading general insurance company based in Dorking, Surrey who is looking to appoint an ACCA, ACA qualified Financial Accounting Manager to join their technical finance team.
Reporting into the Financial Reporting Manager, your duties will include; ·responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with detailed analysis and commentary against budget ·manage the internal financial control framework ·supporting on the companies tax reporting and compliance, working on ad hoc projects ·pro actively drive the reporting processes, to improve on efficiencies, accuracy of information and time scales ·responsible for the production of the financial statements, year end audit and tax calculations ·Support on the audit, working with internal and external audit
This role is suited to a proactive individual, who likes to work in a fast paced environment. We are looking for an ACA/ACCA qualified Accountant who either works in a financial accountant position or straight from a top 10 firm.
In return, our client will offer off site parking, competitive benefits and holiday entitlement in addition to a salary of £50,000-£55,000 with a discretionary bonus
