Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a Distribution organisation on the Recruitment of an HR Administrator.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has Admin experience, has completed or currently completing their CIPD and is now looking for that break into the HR world. Equally if you're an HR Administrator currently and looking for a change, this would suit you.

The plan is to transition this role into an HR Advisor in the near future, so a clear progression path is apparent from Day 1.

You will have/need:

* Relevant HR or strong administration experience
* Ideally Level 3 CIPD accredited
* Intermediate level IT skills - Excel, Word, MS Outlook and Powerpoint skills
* Working in a Matrix organisational structure

The salary on offer is up to £28,000.
