Your Essential Experience will be:
* HR Experience specifically in ER and case management
* Union experience
* Employment Law knowledge
* Passion for people and building key relationships
* Customer Service skills
* Problem solving skills
* Ability to work alone and part of a team
* Confident user of MS Office 365, Power Point, One Drive, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who has the level of confidence to support a blue chip business on ER matters and the wider Employee Life Cycle experience.
This is a FTC until 31/01/2022 offering a generous annual salary of up to £35,000and further benefits
