Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be working with this Global Financial Services organisation on the recruitment of an HR Communications and HRIS Advisor for an initial contract until Year end (2021)



After recently implementing a new system my client is looking for candidate that has outstanding communication skills that can change HR "jargon" to everyday friendly language for all to understand. You will also be responsible for maintaining the HR Portal and feeding the HR chat bot the relevant information needed to answer the customers queries.



This is a pivotal role for this client and I cannot stress how important Communications skills are for this. You will be solely responsible for inputting all data into the HRIS and HR Chat Bot to service the UK employee base of around 9000 employees.



As the first point of contact for all HR portal enquiries you will need an excellent understanding of the HR function and UK legislation's to be able to efficiently and effectively manage requests.



Key requirements

* Communication skills both Written and Verbal is essential (this will be tested in interview)
* HRIS Knowledge either Success Factors or Workday is preferable
* Experience working with HR Chat Bot not essential but would very advantageous



There are no particular educational qualifications requested for this role but you must carry an willingness to learn be a keen enthusiasts of AI and technical systems and have a passion to succeed



This role is 90% remote based with the need to travel to 1 of 2 offices once every 2 weeks or so. Although primarily remote I will only be reviewing applications based in the South of England for this role.



Salary on off is up to £40,000 plus benefits and if the candidate impresses this will be a permanent opportunity.
