HR Admin



The Company

Our client has an interesting and varied opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join them on a 3 -6 months contract where you will provide support on all people processes including recruitment, leavers, changes and sickness absence.

The Role

Responsible for HR processes including but not limited to:

* Starters and leavers
* Contractual changes including annual pay reviews
* Benefits and pensions administration
* Sickness information
* Recruitment and on-boarding
* Training and Development
* Volunteers
Centralised recruitment support, including placing of adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies, applicant processing, offer and on-boarding.
Administrative support to the wider the People team where required.
Liaise with Payroll to ensure all compensation information is captured accurately on a timely basis for payroll implementation.
Maintenance of all people files, databases and records
Awareness and understanding of existing people policies and procedures, including how they should be implemented and used.
Compliance with service level agreements and achievement of continual improvement.
Ensure own safety, and the safety of others who may be affected by your actions. Employees must follow instructions and co-operate at all times with their line manager to enable the RHS to meet its legal responsibilities. Employees must stop work if the nature of the situation involves risk of serious injury to any person and must report any hazardous situation or defective equipment to their line manager without delay.

The Person

MUST be available at short notice and have knowledge of people processes and procedures, including recruitment
Knowledge of an HR or recruitment database
Experience of working in an HR admin capacity covering HR processes
Experience of using MS Office including Word and Excel
Use of database applications.
