HR Operations Manager - Surrey JOB DETAILS
As HR Operations Manager, you will work collaboratively across the UK businesses and influence at all levels; transforming processes to enhance the overall employee experience. You will understand the full employee lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and taking responsibility for the HR systems including payroll, employee life cycle administration, employee data and training. You will also be responsible for:
·Creating processes for the employee lifecycle that works for all
·Managing the outsourced Payroll partner
·Building strong relationships throughout the business
·Taking responsibility for employee data, joiner/mover/leaver administration, key reporting, metrics (growth, retention, salary, F&M, progression), benefits administration and talent development data
Successful candidates will have:
* Expertise in Payroll, HR Systems and HR Administration
* People Management Experience
* The ability to question processes and encourage collaboration to get better results
* A strong working knowledge of a range of HR Systems, and the ability to pick up new programs quickly and efficiently
* Experience working with, and advocating, paperless systems
