Do you have strong Employee Benefits knowledge and interested in developing your people management skills?

Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering an industry leading Employee Benefits Consultancy on an exciting Team Leader role within their Healthcare department. You will be responsible for leading around 8-10 employees and looking after the day to day running of the team. You will need to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders in addition to being able to provide any technical expertise when required. Strong Healthcare (private medical insurance, cash plans, dental) product knowledge is required in this position!!

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right professional looking for the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will be based in Hampshire, Birmingham or Manchester and willing to attend an office 1-2 days a week!
