You will be based out of our clients Sussex HQ, but the culture of our client promotes flexible working/working from home but naturally with the current social distancing rules, you will be fully supported and on boarded remotely.
What we are looking for?
We are seeking a talented Head of HR, who can support the business in strategic and operational activities, leading a small team of 3.
Your duties will include:
* Lead role on the design and development of the People Strategy, taking it through to implementation
* Business Partnering with the SMT and key stakeholders, to ensure a positive work force culture driving talent and people management
* Ensuring the organisation remains compliant through its policies & procedures, taking into account of global legislation in addition to UK law
* Effectively managing the operational side of HR, leading a team of 3, including the HR Manager, HR Advisor and Assistant
The successful candidate:
You will have a background working within a not for profit organisation or charity, ideally within a global structure. We are looking for someone who shares a huge passion to make a difference, that can manage key stakeholders effectively and brings new ideas to constantly improve the culture and performance of an organisation.
Our client in return will offer a salary between £55,000-£60,000 plus a discretionary bonus and excellent benefits. As mentioned previously, they openly promote a flexible working style and could possibly consider a 4 day (pro rata) option for this role.
