Alexander Lloyd are delighted to supporting an SME Financial Services organisation on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced growing organisation and make a real impact.
You will need a full HR Generalist background and excellent knowledge of Employee Relations. There is opportunity to get involved in strategic projects and you will need an in depth mix of both operational and strategic work and proven Business partnering experience.
This is a really close knit team who are always on hand to help and support each other so a willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in definitely required.
You will have/need:-
* Excellent ER knowledge
* A full Generalist background
* Experience of working in a fast paced environment
* Good mix of operational and strategic work
* Knowledge of Employee engagement/retention
* Previous experience as an HRBP
* Longevity in previous roles
* Ideally CIPD qualified (5 or above)
This organisation are located in the Heart of West Sussex and offer excellent hybrid working or 2 days office 3 days home.
Salary on offer is between £45,000 - £50,000 Bens
