This organisation are going through an exciting period of change growing the HR Department and looking at investing in their people.
The role has become available for a People Partner on a permanent basis to support a set business area.
You will be responsible for the full remit of the role from strategic projects such as Wellbeing, Reward, Pay, EVP, Branding etc to the Operational admin side of things. You will need to be an HR person of many talents and able to change hats accordingly.
Although I am looking for a full HR Generalist, there is very little on the side of ER,redundancies, TUPE etc and this more about the positive side of HR such as Reward, Wellbeing and Employee Engagement.
You will be -
* Able to complete the Operational Admin tasks and also Strategic projects
* Have experience working as an HRBP
* Full Generalist background with experience on Reward, Wellbeing, Projects, Employee Engagement and ER Knowledge
* CIPD Qualified
* Team Player with excellent communication skills
This role although based in the heart of West Sussex offer excellent hybrid working.
Salary on offer is up to £55,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits
