Our client has a huge focus on their people, brand and business strategy.
The successful applicant would be reporting into the HR Director and managing around 2000 employees and various stakeholders across 3 sites; London, Surrey and East Sussex.
* Strong Stakeholder management experience
* Matrix organisation experience
* Strong communication skills
* Previous Implementation of new strategies/ ways of working
* MCIPD or equivalent qualification/ experience

Salary on offer is up to £50,000 depending on experience
