Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering exclusively with a growing and successful IT business of circa 600 employees across London, South East and Ireland on the recruitment of a Reward Manager for an initial 6 month FTC, starting ASAP.
Reporting to and working along side the Head of HR you will be required to align, redesign, salary benchmark and conduct job evaluations across the group. This is a role for an experienced Reward professional with prior experience of aligning Reward and Benefits structures across multiple businesses.
* Conducted job evaluation and salary benchmarking
* Job banding
* Experienced revaluation and aligning of Reward and Benefits with TUPE'd employees
* Experience of Acquisition and/or merges in the Reward and Benefits areas
* An IT/ Digital or Tech Industry background
We are looking at candidate with an immediate or short notice period to start as soon as possible on an inital 6 month FTC with a review after 6 months offering a salary between £70,000 to £80,000 DOE.
