Are you an immediately available Payroll professional seeking your next role?



Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a specialist industry leader in their search for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a 6 month FTC (maternity cover contract)



In this role, you will;



* Process weekly & monthly adjustments to payroll for 1500 employees
* Process new starters, leavers and overseeing any contractual changes
* Manage Right to Work, DBS, Holiday Pay compliance
* Produce and distribute employee payslips (virtually and by post)
* Maintain employee personnel files
* Produce correspondence for all changes to employee terms and conditions as directed
* Participate in tax year end, testing, P60 generation, HMRC reporting



You will;



* Previous experience from a busy payroll/accounts position
* Experience of using payroll systems ideally SAP or Oracle
* Proficient in all aspects of MS Office (Outlook, Excel etc)



Salary: £27,000 (6 month pro rata)
