Alexander Lloyd are delighted to supporting a key client of ours. A Global FMCG organisation on the recruitment of 2 Senior HRBP role, one on a perm basis and one on a 9-12m FTC.
These are fantastic opportunities for full HR Generalists with proven true business partnering experience from a large complex organisation.
The Senior HR Business Partner will take ownership of providing a day-to-day HR service, supported by Centres of Excellence in Organisational Development, Reward and Talent Acquisition.
You will also support the HR Director with complex organisational design and change management programmes, and in delivering key engagement projects.
You will have/need:-
* Experience in a true HR Business Partnering role
* Project management experience
* Full Generalist background
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Experience in a large complex or, fast paced organisation
* Experience across Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning a Development, Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle
* Experience in FMCG or a like sector
* CIPD or equivalent qualified
This role offers excellent hybrid working of on average around 2 days a week office based and the rest from home
The salary on offer is between £70,000 - £80,000 plus Car allowance and bonus and benefits
