JOB DETAILS

A globally recognised company are now recruiting for multiple Defined Benefit Pensions Administrators to join their relocating office in West London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* The provision of an efficient and compliant cradle to grave defined benefit pension administration service for the pension schemes administered by BAPSL.
* Complete work within the SLAs agreed with the Trustees whilst maintaining the quality of the work provided.
* Undertake, on average, 2 half day shifts on the customer service hotline per week, but may be required to carry out additional shifts if required.
* Responsible for at least 1 process note within the benefits department. Ensuring notes delegated are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect the requirements of legislation and are compliant with Trustees' and Company's decisions.
* Responsible for at least 1 process within the benefits department. Have a thorough understanding of that process and trains all administrators within the department when required.
