Interim HR Business Partner
12 month FTC
Up to £80k d.o.e.
A global,consumer driven organisation experiencing significant change are seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to support and coach leadership teams (population across UK of c250 FTE) in all HR matters to enable achievement of business goals and create a productive environment for their teams, improving overall business capability.
You will drive the delivery of the people agenda at a functional area level in order to maximise the potential and performance of the business, individuals and teams and to champion the HR model. The role will require you to provide effective and current advice relating to HR practices, legal compliance, and current policy, ensuring the Head of HR and VP International HR Support are kept abreast of current and planned activities and potential exposure and mitigations.
Lead and drive HR projects as required from time to time, working with the Wider HR Function and stakeholders across the Business
The successful candidate will have global HR experience gained in a large, complex, matrix-structure organisation. Remote HR management experience would be advantageous, as would a strong knowledge of UK employment legislation. This is a fast-paced and challenging client group, so the ability to deliver is essential. There will be some UK travel with the role.
