JOB DETAILS

Alexander Lloyd is currently recruiting for a highly capable and professional Senior HR Business Partner on behalf of a global financial services organisation based in London.

The purpose of this role is to provide the full range of HR Business Partner support from a strategic and operational perspective and will include regular travel across London, Surrey and Kent. This role will also partner with the business on a global scale and there may be an occasional requirement to travel abroad.

Essential key skills and experience:

* Good educational background to degree level and CIPD qualified, with a track record in senior HR positions
* Understanding of the UK Financial Services and Asset Management market, to be able to converse confidently about the business and the economic environment.
* Credible, influential, strategic and a true business partner with strong business acumen, able to manage within a complex matrix organisation, with a strong international orientation.
* Analytical thinker, able to conceptualise, whilst being pragmatic and able to simplify complex issues in order to develop effective policies and best practice.
