Alexander Lloyd are currently supporting a leading Professional Services business as they look to appoint 2x HR Coordinators to their HR Shared Services team.
Your duties will include:
* Delivery of HR administrative services as they relate to the employee lifecycle * Delivery of HR administrative services in support of HR and company wide processes eg. performance management processes and annual declaration process * Prioritisation of work activity to deliver to service level agreements * Ensuring quality, effectiveness and continuous improvement of the HR Shared Service offer * Escalation to HR Services Manager for guidance and advice
We are looking for someone who has a background/experience within HR, can either be a small or large organisation. You will be highly organised, strong communicator, with a proactive mindset.
Our client is looking to appoint this role on a 6month FTC with the possibility for an extension or going perm. The position will be remote working until the end of the year, but then based out of their Gatwick offices.
