Alexander Lloyd have been appointed to exclusively handle an exciting HR Manager role for a leading UK wide Financial Services firm in Crawley, RH10 1BW.
Our client is going through a period of change, as they structure a shared services model to their HR department, hence the creation of this role.
Reporting into the HR Director, your duties will include:
* Ensuring the business delivers on all employee experience administration through the shared services model * Ensure the business sticks to the HR and organisational wide policies and procedures for performance management * Maintain the companies policies & procedure manual, mitigating business risks * Managing a large team, supporting, coaching & developing * Day to day operational management responsibilities, delivering HR services
The ideal candidate will have strong HR Operational/Shared Services experience, with team management experience. Financial Services will be highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be offered a salary is £50,000-£55,000 plus bonus and benefits.
