Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering with a truly global organisation within Sussex who's story is to connecting the world 's academic institutions with a support programs that individually tackles student mobility initiatives and development.

Working as the HR Operations Manager: we are looking for someone who wants to run an end to end employee life cycle function on a global basis. Someone who loves developing and mentoring a team, supporting the wider HR function and strategic initiatives. Is passionate about Data and KPI's and how this can support the People Agenda and strong performer when it comes to policies and procedures.



Key duties include:



* Create and monitor the team's performance against SLA's and workflow processes for the delivery of HR services to the business, ensuring that resources are optimised across the global team to improve/reduce cycle times.
* Deliver support to the business on the employee lifecycle management processes such as on-boarding management, contractual changes, immigration, and other responsibilities relating to staffing administration.

* Design and implement a policy advice service for managers across the business which enables managers to easily access HR advice.



The ideal candidate will have a background in managing a small team, working within a Shared Services function.



Our client will be offering a salary of £65,000-£70,000 plus bonus and benefits.
