Alexander Lloyd are looking to speak with Client Support Administrators as an excellent opportunity has arisen to join a Pensions and Financial Planning business in Surrey!
You will be working closely with the Client Services team manager and provide administration support. In an addition you will also be responsible for;
* Issuing and tracking Letters of Authority
* Processing new business application forms / paperwork
* Processing annual reviews
* Adhering to compliance process's and issuing policy documents
* Dealing with client and providers queries and sending relevant correspondence via email and post
You must have previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of Pensions to be considered for this role, you would also be heavily involved in project work therefore organisation and attention to detail is a must.
