Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with a reputable business near East Croydon who are seeking up to 4 interim contractors specialising within reconciliations and purchase ledger to work as part of a team on a troubleshooting project.
The ideal candidate will be available immediately to start this role and have previous experience of managing purchase ledger teams with a proactive and hands on approach.
In this assignment your duties will entail:
* Complex Reconciliations (balance sheet, bank, supplier statement, general ledger)
* Clearing the purchase ledger backlog including invoices
* Daily payment input processing and monitoring of bank accounts - Ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
* Month end duties
* Resolving discrepancies and ensuring all ledgers are accurate
* Assisting with project and audit
