Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist
12 month FTC - up to £40k
-Supporting the successful delivery of the annual pay review process globally. Including the benchmarking, grade reviews of roles, reporting and analysis, creation of communications to support both the process and individual messaging.
-Lead on the creation of HR Insights for compensation and benefits as well as supporting broader insights for the wider HR team.
-Drive simplification and efficiency in insight generation through the automation of insights
-Support the HR team and wider employee base in addressing compensation and benefits questions
-Assist the Compensation and Benefits manager in the delivery and reporting of long term incentive payments.
-Working closely with the compliance team you will ensure that the reward processes and schemes meet the regulatory requirements
-As a member of the wider HR team your role will support the provision of wider insights and data within learning and development, resourcing and business partnering.
-Drive implementation and communication of new compensation tools to improve employee experience
Successful applicants will be Reward professionals with advanced skills in Excel at VBA level ideally with good knowledge of Ms Access, OBIEE (Oracle) and Power Point. It is essential that you are highly numerate with excellent analytical and modelling skills.
This role could well extend beyond the initial 12 months, and offers some great international compensation exposure.
