Interim Senior HRBP - Initial 6 month FTC likely to be extended.
My client is looking for an interim Senior HRBP to cover a maternity leave post starting in March. This role is initially a 6 months FTC however is likely to be extended depending on the amount of leave taken.
Reporting into the cooperate HRD you will provide true Business Partnering to the organisation across a number of different areas.

* Training needs analysis, design and delivery
Qualifications and Experience
* HR Generalist experience within a fast-paced commercial environment
* CIPD or equivalent qualified
* Demonstrative evidence of being a true business partner, delivering business improvement.
