Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering a listed Financial Services firm who are looking for someone to join their business as the Internal Communications Manager, reporting into the Internal Communications Director. This is a fixed term contract of 6 months, whilst the company go through a transformation across IT and Business change.
The responsibilities will include:
* Design and develop a communications strategy tailored to the individual transformation programmes running across the organisation * Organisation of other activities to support transformation communication - e.g. Teams briefings and videos * A key partnering and influence, working with the HR Business Partners and wider business managers to gather feedback on key topics and carry out regular temperature checks to ascertain whether messaging etc. is meeting expectations and adjusting if appropriate * Production of employee communication plans, including audience segmentation, frequency of communication, key messages and feedback loop
This role will be offered on a remote basis, although candidates local to Redhill would be beneficial. You will need to be an Internal Communications expert, and available immediately
This role is a 6 month contract and can be offered on a 1-3 day per week, part time basis.
Salary is £45,000 FTE
