Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting an SME Manufacturing organisation based in Kent on the recruitment of an HRBP.
This role is an initial 2 year FTC but is likely to made perm fairly early on into the role if this suits both parties.
This really is a full HR Generalist BP opportunity with a lot of projects to involved in.
You will need an excellent understanding of Employee Relations, UK E Law, previous experience of creating and embedding culture whilst also empowering and enabling line managers with the tools they need.
You will also design and deliver the training programme over the coming 2 years period, build job evaluations, performance management cycle and grading framework.
You will have/need:-
* Excellent knowledge of ER and UK E Law
* Previous Project management experience
* Experience in a blue collar organisation is desirable
* Knowledge of L&D
* Experience embedding culture change
* Excellent stakeholder management
This role is primarily based in Kent but offers flexible working of 3 days office 2 from Home. Office days will be Monday&Friday and 1 other.
The Salary on offer for this role is between £50,000 - £60,000 Car Allowance and bonus.
