Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with a reputable Financial Services provider based in the Kent area ME4 6BB who are seeking a Reward Manager


Previous role in Reward or Compensation & Benefits

* Experience in Financial services
* Passion for Cultural Change and the employee reward benefits
* Multi- tasker with the ability to manage several projects
* Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail
* Updated industry knowledge and trends


* Working alongside the HR Director and Senior Management team to conform employee benefits and rewards
* Standardise the Reward principles throughout ensuring grading structures are all relative
* Understand the companies pay, reward and benefits schemes throughout and devise a best practice to ensure effectiveness
* Job classification process assessments
* Salary Benchmarking data
* Regular communication with managers regarding the latest Reward and Benefits programmes
* Be visible at company meetings when it comes to comparing reward schemes
* Work alongside the Executive board members to create tailored Bonus and Reward Schemes
* Contribute to the development of Remuneration plans regarding annual executive bonus schemes and individual awards
* Review and coordinate with the HR teams on the annual compensation process including: salary increases, bonus awards
* Partner with Finance regarding the Total Reward Statements, Gender Pay Gap and CEO Pay ratio data
* Establish the provision of all equity related awards (DSBP, PSP)
* Coordinate the annual SAYE scheme (UK) ensuring all monthly SAYE deductions are executed in a timely manner
* Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding the understanding of Reward, Pay and Benefit schemes

About you:

* CIPD qualified or equivalent
* Experience in Cultural Change (Relating to Reward)
* Financial Services background

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Financial Services provider on a permanent basis with a salary of up to £70,000 requiring a few days on site and the remaining remote.
