Alexander Lloyd are working on an exciting new role for a pension team leader to join one of the most established pensions consultancies in the UK. Working closely with the Head of Pensions this is an important and responsible role which will oversee the team management and work allocation of five pension administrators.
Main duties of the role will also include:
* Ensuring the team maintains a high level of service when dealing with members, clients, and meeting SLAs.
* Ensuring standards and procedures are complied with across the team.
* Checking calculations and assisting team members with difficult cases.
* Dealing with non-standard queries.
The right candidate will have previous management or supervisory experience, a good understanding of the pensions industry and ideally experience of working directly with clients and attending Trustee meetings.
