Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering a global Insurance organisation on a fantastic and permanent opportunity for an Employee Benefits professional.
Within this Employee Benefits Consultant position you will be expected to manage a large and demanding book of SME to Mid Corporate sized clients providing expert knowledge and services covering their Healthcare arrangements. In addition to being responsible for completing scheme renewals you will manage client relationships and act as their first point of contact, as well as completing any scheme administration required. It is essential to have strong and technical knowledge of products such as Private Medical Insurance, Dental and Cash Plans to be considered for this position.
Given the current lockdown restrictions, you will be working from home with a great deal of flexibility moving forwards as well, perhaps attending the office 1-2 days a week maximum in the future. This is also a full time and permanent opportunity with a salary range between £25,000 - £35,000 experience dependent.
