As the Pensions Manager you will be responsible for managing the In House administration team with 5-7 direct reports. You will need to perform appraisals and one to ones, assist with the more technical and complex work and manage the relationships with all external and internal stakeholders. To be considered for this position it's essential you have a wealth of Pensions knowledge and previous experience of working in a similar position with line management responsibilities.
This initial 2 year fixed term contract is a perfect opportunity to work for a leading organisation who are striving to be the best within their field. Post lockdown you will be expected to visit their office which is based near to PR1 8AP 2-3 days a week and you will be rewarded with a great benefits package including a basic salary of between £32,000 - £40,000 DOE.
