Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be working with a leading not for profit organisation based in Surrey who are actively seeking a Learning & Development advisor to join their team on a 12 month FTC.
This is a chance to join at a time of exciting change whilst supporting the implementation of a new, organisational Learning & Leadership Development plan. Strong experience of strategic development and implementation is a must due to the nature of the role.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to establish the learning and development needs within each department. * Liaise with line management to come up with creative and innovative learning ideas that meet the needs of the organisation. * Responsible for all in house training including analysing and reviewing the effectiveness and making relevant changes if needed. * Provide recommendations and strategic direction on learning and career leadership. * Manage the compliance processes across the whole of the organisation.
* Degree educated or previous experience in a Learning and Development role. * Understanding of strategic development and implementation * Able to working with a changing environment, prioritising work load and meeting deadlines. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * IT literate including full use of Microsoft suite.
