Work closely with the business partner and Head of HR on employee performance, absence, grievance and disciplinary management Support to line managers and employees with compensation and benefits; including salary bench marking and monthly payroll Develop and update HR policies and documents including Employment Contracts and Employee Handbook Develop employee retention and engagement initiatives, in line with company culture and values On boarding new starters and conducting payroll.
You will have solid HR generalist experience with an enthusiastic, 'can do' attitude and provide customer friendly service. You will have previously worked within a fast paced, corporate environment and enjoy being in a generalist role. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, have a proactive solution focus, strong relationship building skills, strong commercial outlook, good employment law knowledge and reporting skills particularly in Excel.
