A globally established organisation are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to come on board permanently in this exciting, newly created role as a result of business growth.

This is a broad generalist position with responsibility for the UK & EMEA. Key accountabilities include:
- Contributing to the strategic objectives of the business and supporting EMEA with recruitment, employee relations and succession planning.
- Contribute to business change objectives.
- Gain and understanding of the business and build relationships with stakeholders at all level in order to assess strategic and operational people impacts.
- Support the business with TUPE transfers as they continue to grow.
- Implement and review HR policies and processes.

The culture of this business is forward thinking, efficient and is made up of a medium sized group of highly personable individuals.
- To be successful in this position you are required to hold a CIPD qualification, have experience or an indepth understanding of the TUPE process, EMEA exposure is desirable, but not essential.
- This role will suit an individual that has progressed from an HR administrator through to business partner that is seeking a step up in a fast paced role with heavy autonomy.
- Good commercial acumen is essential and experience in the private sector, professional services or a large multi site business is essential.
- There will be some travel involved in this role (minimal) so the successful applicant must be flexible.
