Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering a globally respected Employee Benefits Consultancy on an exciting opportunity for the right career minded professional.
As an Employee Benefits Consultant you will be expected to successfully manage a portfolio of existing SME clients by providing a full range of consultancy services across their Healthcare (private medical insurance, dental, cash plans) arrangements. You will also need to capitalise on any cross and up selling opportunities in addition to providing support where necessary to the Senior Consultants within the team. To be considered for this position it is essential to have worked in a similar client management position with strong and in-depth knowledge of Healthcare products.
My client are currently working remotely still but post Covid-19 you will be expected to attend their office near to LS1 4DY. In return for your hard work and commitment you will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £38,000 - £45,000 with a role allowance and benefits on top.
