As the Pensions Team Leader you will be responsible for the overall running of the Pensions team on a daily basis. This will include line managing a team of around 10 people, allocating and managing the work load, completing appraisals and one to ones, completing reports and presenting findings to senior management. It is essential you possess experience on Defined Benefit Pension schemes and managing a team.
