One of the UK's leading specialists in Pensions and Employee Benefits consulting are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Consultant to join their growing team in Leeds!
Within this role you will be working as an Assistant Consultant within a thriving Pensions environment. This will include the following day-to-day responsibilities: * Assistance with preparation for client / trustee meetings. * Able to work as part of a team to deliver tasks efficiently. * Assist with the preparation of communication material and develop the skills to deliver. * Assist with ad hoc projects. * Assist with monthly billing. * Be involved in Member Nominated Trustee elections.
In order to be successful in this role you should possess: * To possess an understanding and knowledge of pensions and the regulatory framework. * To have experience of working on defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. * Excellent communication skills - written and oral. * A customer focus - responding to client needs and building relationships. * Ability to work with others across departments such as actuarial and administration.

This role gives the opportunity for the successful candidate to progress quickly as they have a small team with fast track system in place. You would have influence over the team and a real chance to prove yourself in front of clients with an aim to reach Consultant level in 5 years.
