Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting this outstanding Charity exclusively on the recruitment of a Reward and Payroll Partner on a permanent basis.

This is a newly created role and one they are extremely excited about in the organisation as they move forward.

I am ideally looking for someone with really good knowledge of pay and reward. There is a lot of projects going on and someone needs to hit the ground running.

You will need to be good with data and understanding it, although there is a Data Analyst that will support you with this. You will also need to have experience of salary benchmarking, excellent stakeholder management, an overview of total reward packages and how to utilise external agencies to enhance their offering when attracting and retain retaining talent etc.

You will be responsible for reviewing pay scales; an understanding of the NHS pay scales would be ideal as they are very similar (not essential).

You will have/Need

* Knowledge of salary benchmarking
* Good with Data and Analysing
* Full knowledge of Pay and Reward
* Excellent stakeholder Management
* Used to dealing with external reward providing agencies and enhancing packages
* Experience of reviewing pay scales.

The location of this role can be extremely flexible with the majority being home based. The central office is located in Croydon so some occasional office presence would be required.

Salary for this position is between £40-£45k plus benefits.
