T & C Officer- IFA/Financial Planning- £Competitive


An established financial advisory and consultancy group offering a broad range of investments, actuarial, financial planning and consultancy services.

This T&C Officer position that offers a little more than what you might expect. It will involve you providing T&C oversight, support and guidance across three separate business divisions of the group including IFA, Self-Invested schemes. Pensions consultancy and other specialist areas of the financial planning market. Your scope will extend to a host of professionals across the group including CF30, consultants, financial advisers and paraplanners in several different UK locations.

This is a varied and challenging role providing the opportunity to develop and implement T&C Schemes across several ambitious firms with defined plans for expansion. Your role is key in enabling this to happen in a compliant manner in accordance with FCA requirements and the organisations own high levels of conduct.

Appropriately qualified individuals have the freedom to be based from either Surrey or Central London offices

This is a dynamic role requiring a dynamic individual with wealth of experience in delivering a T&C frameworks across a multi-location business. You will have a minimum of the level 4 CII Diploma with ideally good progress towards becoming Advance Diploma qualified. The nature of the role requires a great communicator who is able to integrate well into the respective businesses, understanding them, then adopting a pragmatic, yet compliant approach taking into account the commercial aspirations of each business unit. You will be highly organised, analytical, flexible in your approach and focussed on continuous improvement of individuals across the organisation as well as your own professional development.
