Alexander Lloyd are actively recruiting for an experienced Financial Services Risk Manager to join a well-established team. The Enterprise Risk Manager will work in the second line team supporting the Head of Group Enterprise Governance Framework, Enterprise Risk Policy and related Directives and processes.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of implementing an effective risk culture based on three lines of the defence model ideally within pensions or benefits functions.

Taking responsibility to enable the business function to proactively identify, assess, manage and report risks effectively in line with regulatory and business requirements.

Embedding and maintain the Enterprise Governance Framework, Risk Policy, and related processes and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships and maintain ongoing partnerships. Excellent influencing, facilitation, negotiating and communication skills is essential for this role.

Our client is offering a fantastic hybrid working opportunity with a competitive salary up to £73,000 (doe) 31 days holiday plus bank holiday, bonus potential.
