FCA Associate Company Secretary - Hybrid working and London - up to £70,000 plus bonus, Car Allowance & Benefits

Alexander Lloyd are working on behalf of one of the Word's largest Financial Services companies who are looking for a dedicated, curious, and dynamic individual and team-player, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This key position supports the delivery of company secretarial and related services to the business and its subsidiaries.

Working in the Legal team to deliver corporate secretarial services, duties include:

Maintaining company records;

Making all necessary statutory filings with UK Companies House including those required as a result of company restructuring;

Organising and producing minutes of Committee and Board meetings;

Accountabilities for the role:

Assisting in managing the day to day work of the Company Secretarial department;

Organise agendas, minutes, papers and action points for all active committees and boards including those of PRA and FCA regulated entities;

Maintain an accurate filing calendar and ensure all filings are completed within the required deadline;

Monitoring changes in corporate governance, relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and taking appropriate action, as required;

Support mergers and acquisitions work including updating Blueprint and filing the accurate and timely filings with Companies House.

Excellent relationship management skills

Demonstrable experience of assisting in managing the day to day work of the Company

Secretarial department

Previous experience organising agendas, minutes, papers and action points for committees and boards

An excellent organiser who is able to manage resources and their time effectively
