Key duties include:
* Working closely with the Director for People, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining our organisation wide reward, compensation and benefits structures in line with our People and Inclusion Strategy.
* You'll be responsible for the development of the overarching reward strategy and management of reward plans and lead the annual pay review processes, gender pay reporting, pay modelling, validation and market analysis to enable effective decisions to be made.
* You'll take ownership of our job evaluation processes and ensure that our grading models are fit for purpose, both now and in the future.
* What you'll need
* You'll have significant experience of delivering complex projects in fast moving environments and previously implemented reward plans that align with organisational strategy and culture whilst managing risks. You'll also have led and managed job evaluation processes and enjoy a hands on role as well as contributing to strategy development.
You'll be a total reward specialist, highly organised with strong analytical skills and in-house experience. This will be pivotal in critically assessing and modelling complex information into easy to understand reports and guidance. As an exceptional communicator, you'll be able to engage and influence a variety of key stakeholders and leaders across the organisation.
