We are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a business based close to London Victoria train station for a maternity cover contract.
You will have a commitment to delivering a high-quality service, with good communication and organisational skills. Relevant experience within a similar HR position will be required. Although this position is advertised as a maternity contract due to an expansion and changes in the team and business there might be an option for this position to become extended or permanent.
Duties will involve and not limit you to: ·Assist in performance issues, long-term sickness and absence cases, family processes such as maternity/paternity, internal issue and conflict queries and flexible working requests ·Assist in exit interviews and work closely to monitor turnover situations and urgent leaver cases ·First point of contact for HR policy related queries ·Support internal movement requests including transfers/relocations/secondments ·Support the annual performance review, salary, bonus and promotion procedures ·Provided administration support to the HR manager and Business Partners ·Assist with Policy and procedures and communicating across the business Please quote (43282) when calling Alexander Lloyd.
