We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst on a 10 month FTC, to join their HR team.
The HR Systems Analyst is a key member of the HR team and will work closely with the HR Business partners to; produce HR management information for reporting/benchmarking, plan and manage the application of system upgrades, patching and the implementation of new functionality and new modules, on all iTrent environments.
You will have/need:
* Expert knowledge of iTrent including configuration is a critical criteria for this role * Understanding of HR and Payroll processes * Knowledge/experience of HR & Payroll databases/HR Information Systems * Knowledge of data protection legislation * Experience of business objects reporting suite * Advanced in the use of Google sheets or Excel, including formulas, vlookup and pivot tables * Experience of systems testing/testing * Understanding of database structures * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies * Experience of organisational change
The organisations Head Office is based in London, the role is largely remote and will involve office travel approximately once a month.
The salary on offer is up to £45,000.
