HR Business Partner
Based West London
This hugely successful and growing international FMCG business are seeking a permanent and truly strategic HR Business Partner to be accountable for driving the HR agenda with specific responsibility for implementing elements of the HR strategy for the business, with particular reference to performance management, career development, ways of working and engagement.
The incumbent will embed HR approaches and processes, while ensuring that the interests and needs of the business and its employees are addressed, in order to sustain a culture of high performance and high engagement.
KEY DUTIES AND OUTPUTS:
The HR Business Partner is responsible for the following key outputs and accountabilities
1 Partner with the business managers to effectively support their teams
1 Manage and deliver a high quality, professional and valued HR service based on a sound commercial understanding. Ensure that the HR service delivered drives Business results. This will entail the support the communication, implementation and embedding of the core HR processes: Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and Reward.
The successful applicant:
* Ideally a CIPD Qualified graduate (or equivalent experience), you will have a track record of building good relationships and credibility with business leaders based on solid commercial understanding and an ability to identify customer needs and go beyond just delivering defined HR solutions.
* Experience in being a business partner within a global organisation that demonstrates world-class HR practices is essential, applied in the interest of sustainable performance and contextualised by an ambitious change agenda.
* Experience in aligning structure, process and routines to implement and anchor changes will be key to this exciting opportunity. Experience in FMCG, retail or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
