Alexander Lloyd are partnering an organisation that operates globally, as they look to invest and appoint an HR Business Partner (Manager level) on a permanent to join them in their London office (W1H 7EJ). Although remote working is on operation for now.
You will report into the Senior Manager of HR with the below duties:
* Supporting your key stakeholders from Directors to Partners on ER Cases, to resolve, coach and support before escalating to the ER Specialist team * Find and present new and innovative ways to drive cultural engagement and enhance the employee experience * Ensure the business operates in a consistent and compliant manner adhering to the organisations policies, working with stakeholders to ensure strict governance * Provide strategic support to the wider HR & client base * Talent Management, providing support to stakeholders on succession planning and engagement
The successful candidate will have worked as an HR Generalist within Professional Services. We are looking for a highly organised individual who is comfortable in being hands on, but has the gravitas to work with senior stakeholders.
You will have a Professional Services background such as Law, Accountancy Firm, or Financial Services.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £45,000-£50,000
