Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering leading transport business within London, as we look to appoint an HR Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be reporting into the HR Director, with the below responsibilities:
* Understanding of business challenges and asserting influence through strong stakeholder relationships * Managing the internal succession plans, from ongoing management through to risk mitigation, feeding into the overall succession map * Comprehensive understanding of the business and be able draw on your first-class HR generalist skills to help build a culture that supports safety, customer focus, continuous improvement and engagement * Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership and coaching to all levels of the stakeholder
The successful candidate will have ideally worked in a unionised environments or heavily regulated such as utilities, aviation, transport etc. We are looking for someone who has strong business partnering experience, implementing new initiatives and projects working closely with key stakeholders on the business objectives.
Please note this role will require travel to other sites in the South.
In return our client will be offering a salary of up to £50,000 plus benefits and travel allowance.
