A second tier professional services organisation are seeking an Interim HR Systems Manager to be operationally responsible for the day to day management and delivery of the HR system providing temporary cover to the HR Systems and MI Manager as they transition from Peoplesoft to Workday.

Reporting to the HR Systems and MI Manager and supported by an HR MI Analyst, this role will also be responsible for HR management information to enable HR and the firm to make informed decisions.

Principal Accountabilities


·Overseeing the integrity and administration of HR systems and MI
·Day-to-day responsibility for Peoplesoft
·Adhoc support of the transition from Peoplesoft to Workday including testing and data validation
·Monitoring and implementing changes to improve the data integrity in systems
·Support delivery of cyclical employee lifecycle activity on HRMS
·Primary interface between HR and IT to meet local requirements
·Oversee delivery of monthly MI to key stakeholders
·Supporting the delivery of MI for cyclical activity and ad hoc MI that relates to the employee lifecycle
·Manage quality, effectiveness and continuous improvement of the HR Systems and MI offering
·Identify ways in which operational efficiency can be achieved through technology, management information and people.

The successful candidate will be experienced in PeopleSoft and preferably Workday, with a working knowledge of HR Systems and how data originates, interacts and flows between them. Advanced MS Excel skills (including formulas; pivot tables etc.) are essential, as is advanced Peoplesoft Query experience.

This is a key role in the Workday implementation project, and has a high level of responsibility. A competitive salary of £60k is available.
